What do I need to do if my flight is delayed? We have Arco transfers staff at the San Jose del Cabo International Airport, they in conjunction with Arco transfers central office are checking the flight status all day long, if your flight is delayed, we will know it and we will be waiting for you. If your flight is canceled or you lose the flight and you will be flying with different airline, you must contact us and provide the new flight information, BUT if you will be flying another day, you need to contact us to provide the new dates and new flight information.
